A short stone path and 150 steps lead you to a hidden hilltop, where The Villa redefines what it means to stay at Casa Palopó. Designed as a fully self-contained refuge, it comprises three individually designed suites—Tolimán, Atitlán, and Cerro de Oro—each inspired by the colors, crafts, and cultures of Guatemala and beyond.
Expect hand-embroidered textiles, restored vintage furniture, curated artwork, and murals that bring nature indoors. All suites offer private bathrooms with soaking tubs and views that frame the lake and its surrounding volcanoes like living paintings.
The Villa’s shared spaces include a lounge with a dining area and kitchen, an open-air bar, and a volcanic-stone infinity pool that spills into the horizon. A gazebo with a fireplace and deep-cushioned couches invites you to unwind under the stars.
